What a year 2020 has been! It has definitely been a rollercoaster of a ride and now Macaroni Kid Hempstead-Uniondale-Garden City wants to spread some joy!
While we love to bring family fun events to the community, it's been difficult with all of the Covid restrictions and shut downs. We are looking for new ways to connect our readers to your local businesses. That brings us to:

It's no doubt that this year's Holiday season will most likely look different for a lot of children this year. Between less holiday events, gatherings and activities, as well as the possibility of families facing hardships such as illness and layoffs, we have decided to spread joy in a unique way. We plan on "Snowballing" 100 local families with holiday bags of goodies and have them "Pay it Forward". Each family that is Snowballed will be encouraged to snowball 1-2 more families.
However, We cannot do this alone!

Your local Macaroni Kid is seeking sponsors for the Great Macaroni Kid Snowball fight of 2020. All of our sponsor's logos will appear on the flyer that will accompany each basket and be delivered throughout the area. Your name and logo will also be included on all marketing materials used to promote this activity, including an article detailing this project that will be sent out in our weekly newsletters to families in the Hempstead, West Hempstead, Uniondale and Garden City areas, so that they can download the flyers and create their own Snowball baskets.

We will also be giving away 2 mega SnowBalled baskets at the conclusion of our fun, and are looking for donations of larger items and gift cards to fill these baskets (may include a small logo for the article, with a single item donation min. $25 value). All Community Sponsors who donate basket stuffers will be listed at the bottom of the article.

On a tight budget but want to provide your own business swag to be included in the first 100 baskets? Just let me know and we can include personalized coupons, trinkets, or whatever else you have to promote your business for only a $25 stuffing fee, you will get your business name (no logo) included in our Snowballed article.
